Virtual Check-in Appointments

Virtual check-ins allow you to talk to the doctor or nurse practitioner using audio and video communication technology using the patient portal, telephone secure email, and/or audio & visual telehealth. This option is available if your concern is not related to a medical visit you've had within the past 7 days and doesn't lead to a medical visit within the next 24 hours (or the soonest appointment available) and you have consented to these appointments (co-pays and deductibles apply).

In the patient portal, leave a message for your provider, which will be answered within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded)

Telephone

You may call the office and state your concern to the receptionist. One of our available providers will return your call within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded)

Sometimes leaving an email is easier and quicker for patients. If you email and request a virtual check-in, leave your phone number and reason(s) for requesting visit, and one of our available providers will contact you within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded)

If you would rather use two-way synchronous communication via doxy.me, call the office and schedule a virtual visit with one of our available providers within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded)
