Meet Guesly Delva, MD

Dr. Guesly Delva received his medical degree in 2005 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed a residency in Medicine-Pediatrics at Tulane University School of Medicine, followed by both a Fellowship and Postdoctoral Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Maryland Medical Center and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

With advanced training and years of clinical experience, Dr. Delva specializes in Infectious Diseases and currently provides care at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital, Tampa General Brooksville/Spring Hill, and Encompass Rehabilitation.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Delva is multilingual and speaks English, Bisaya, and Haitian Creole, allowing him to connect with and care for a diverse patient community.

Angela Hutcheson-Smith, FNP-C

Meet Angela

Angela is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University in 2021.

Angela has been a valued member of Sunstate Healthcare, LLC since 2019, working closely with Dr. Delva to provide high-quality, compassionate care. Prior to joining Sunstate Healthcare, she gained extensive clinical experience at HCA’s Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point and Oak Hill Hospital.

She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is dedicated to advancing excellence in patient care.

Wilson Roman, PA-C

Meet Wilson

Wilson is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than a decade of experience in the healthcare field. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2020 and went on to complete his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Barry University in 2024.

Before joining our team, Wilson practiced as a Physician Assistant at Vizavee Primary and Urgent Care, where he provided compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

In addition to his clinical experience, Wilson proudly served five years in the United States Army, further strengthening his dedication to service and community.

Currently residing in Brooksville, FL, Wilson is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with and care for a diverse patient population.

Gladys Ottenwalder, NP-C

Meet Gladys

Gladys is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount St. Vincent in 2004 and later advanced her education with a Master of Science in Nursing from Ana G. Méndez University in 2022.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Gladys gained extensive leadership and clinical expertise as a Nursing Supervisor at HCA Oak Hill Hospital. She is also a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served four years with honor and dedication.

In addition to her clinical training, Gladys holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership and has significant experience as a Managed Care Manager, giving her a unique perspective on patient care and healthcare systems.

An active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Gladys is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and serve a diverse community of patients.

When she’s not caring for patients, Gladys enjoys life in Weeki Wachee, FL, where she brings compassion, dedication, and a true commitment to improving the health and well-being of those she serves.

Robert Toledo, NP-C

Meet Robert

Robert is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2018 and his Master of Science in Nursing from Post University in 2022.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Robert worked at HCA Oak Hill Hospital as a Cardiovascular Nurse and Nursing Preceptor, where he gained extensive experience in both patient care and mentoring future nurses.

Robert proudly served 11 years combined in the U.S. Army Reserve and the Oklahoma and Florida National Guard, further reflecting his dedication to service. He is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to his patients.

He lives in Spring Hill, FL, and is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with and serve a diverse patient community.
